Raise Animals 2 Animal Care: Food, Interaction, and Bond
Quick answer
- Care routine: Attend to food and use the demonstrated press-and-hold animal interaction.
- Keep separate: Food storage, zoo animal space, and the money upgrade address different needs.
Animal care in Raise Animals 2 combines feeding with interaction at your zoo. The current demonstration uses a press-and-hold interaction with an animal, while food, Exp, and Bond also belong to the care systems. A short care round between runs keeps your zoo part of the session instead of just a place you pass through.
Care for animals you have placed
Start with the animal you want to raise on your farm. Ownership alone gives you a choice; equip and place it before expecting to attend to it at home. Then use food and the animal's interaction rather than treating the next catch as a replacement for care.
Press and hold for the demonstrated zoo interaction. A quick tap and a held interaction are not necessarily the same action. Follow the interaction shown for the animal you are attending to, especially when moving between farm placement and care.
Give food and Bond their own role
Food supports animal progress. The official Auto Feed description connects feeding with Exp and growth, and favorite foods with bonus Exp and Bond within that optional automated feature. The official VIP description also says its cash bonus stacks with Skills and Bond, confirming that Bond belongs in the broader bonus context.
That does not supply one fixed affection multiplier or a universal best food for every animal. Buy for the animal you are raising and read its current food information instead of filling storage with a guess.
Upgrade the constraint you actually have
If food capacity repeatedly interrupts your routine, examine food storage. If the farm cannot fit another animal, investigate zoo slots. If the goal is a higher displayed cash amount, read the zoo money upgrade rather than assuming storage increases earnings.
Before leaving, finish useful care and check produce. Growth and production continue offline, so your return visit should begin at the farm. The Raise Animals 2 food storage guide explains capacity decisions, and the feeding guide covers food and optional automation in more detail.
